To keep things consistent, all our drivers are given the same comprehensive training programme. You'll be given a refresher course in advanced driving techniques. You'll be trained on Blueback's technology such as our mobile data terminals and online cashiering service. You'll also be given training on how we take care of our customers.

As new technology and customer service features arrive, we'll keep everyone up to speed on that too.
