Can I book a Blueback for the day?
You can book a Blueback for a few hours or a few days. Just give us a

How can I pay for the service?
We’ve made it as simple as possible by giving you as many options
as possible. You can set up a credit account as a corporate or individual
customer (subject to approval) or you can pay using a credit
or debit card or cash.

What kind of car do you use?
Blueback’s fleet is made up of Fiat Multiplas and our PMV of choice, the Ford Galaxy. We offer
Multiplas with roll-in access for wheelchairs and we offer almost all

Where will I find my Blueback driver at the airport?
The driver will meet you at the Terminal gate where he will be holding
a Blueback sign with your name on it.

Unfortunately, no. We are contractually obligated to return our vehicles
back to our vendors.

Are you a licensed Private Hire Operator?
Yes, we are fully licensed by the Public Carriage Office which is the
division of the Mayor’s Office that governs the Private Hire industry
in London. Our license number is 03085/01/01.

Yes, all of our drivers are licensed by the Public Carriage Office and
have gone through extensive in-house training to ensure their knowledge
of driving, safety, customer service and our technology is the best in
the industry.
